add files onto documents, music, and video

I just downloaded portableapps to my portable drive. I'm looking for easy access to my files through the document/music/video file folders on the right. How do I upload my content (already inside my portable drive) into those folders?? I keep having to press the "Explore" folder icon to view my content. Help!

Within Explorer, move your documents into the X:\Documents directory. Your pictures into X:\Documents\Pictures, etc. Then when you click them you'll go right to them. The folder arrangement is like Windows' folder arrangement.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
