How can i make one application portable?

good day every body;

i'm new to Portable Appz, i know about it by chance while i found one application i always use in a portable mode, actually it was "ADOBE Light room 2" but the trial version, now how can i use the "portable appz platform" to build up my portable software.

i will appreciate it to guide me to some documentation and so on.

for one thing it's PortableApps.com not Portable Appz, we have no affiliation with Portable Appz and their warez. Adobe's Software is nearly impossible to make portable here is a small guide though (not anything big) but it should help http://portableapps.com/node/14868
