how can I use Clamwin in WinPE ?

when i make a PE ,I copy the Clamwin folder in the ISO .

but ,when i run the ClamWinPortable.exe , there is no windows , i think i can't run the this program in WinPE .

I am sorry that ,my english is not well . i don't know how to do , who can help me ? i can't search the topic in this forum .

WinPE is VERY buggy and unstable. at least when i last used it it was. i doubt its a problem with the program iself but with winPE.
