TorPortable

Hello all,
have downloaded and installed Tor Portable 0.2.0.30-0.1.8-0 Development Test 1 but when I try to run it I get this error:

Privoxy(00000a44) Fatal error: init_error_log(): can't open logfile: '.data\privoxy\Privoxy.log'

I tried downloading a previous version (0.1.2.19/0.0.16-2) from sourceforge but the instructions no longer seem tie up with the later version...

There must be some settings that need to be configured in the later version perhaps??? Does anyone have any idea how to set this up properly?
