Paint.NET

I would suggest to make this application, Paint.NET(graphics), portable!

It's just like GIMP, but it's more user-friendly and easyer-to-use!

unfortunetly it uses the .net framework which isn't installed on every computer hence not portable and not a viable candidate as of yet, I say yet because vista up does have .net preinstalled but there are those people that still use win2000 and winXP too who don't want the .net framework
