John, Just updated to CWP 0.95.1 from previous version. I had just added a couple of prefs before the upgrade in order to test this. WinXPS3, Admin Tim ( categories: )

It's because the new package contains the file "ClamWinPortable\App\clamwin\bin\ClamWin.conf". ClamWin Portable will use that file and delete the old configuration.

Workaround: Delete that file after the upgrade. (Running ClamWin Portable once will delete the old configuration, so it's too late for you, Tim
