Intel WiFi Connection

Cicero - December 12, 2005 - 12:26pm

I have Firefox 1.0.6 installed on my USB-Stick.

Actually I use it on 2 Computers.
- The first Computer runs on XP and with an hardwired connection.
- The second one runs on XP home and uses an Intel wireless card.

The last version that worked with the wireless version was 1.0.6.
When I connect both computers hardwired then Firefox runs perfectly (direct connection to internet).
Why are the newer versions not supporting the wireless connection?

It isn't Portable Firefox

It's probably a setting in network connectivity in one or both causing the issue. By default, FF and PFF just use your standard stuff. If you have a proxy or firewall that needs custom config, you need to do that manually to every copy.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
