MultipleFirefoxLoader.exe missing
LionAM - May 24, 2009 - 4:47pm
Hello,
in older versions of PortableFirefox, there was the
file MultipleFirefoxLoader.exe where you could start
multiple instances of Firefox (with different profiles).
In the new version, it is missing.
Can I download it anywhere?
Now, you can start multiple windows with the same profile,
which is really nice, as this was not possible with the
old version (for example when a download was running and
you wanted to reopen firefox) - but you cannot start firefox
when another instance (with another profile) is running.

Firefox is single instance
I'm not aware of any such feature as you're asking about, but I do know that Firefox is now single instance, viz, if you try and start a second instance of it, whether with a different profile or not, it will just tell the existing instance to create a new window, and then close itself. Multiple profiles running at the same time is not possible.
