should be okay
Welcome to PortableApps.com!
From what I can tell, it should be OK. When you formally reboot a Windows machine, it sends a sort of "kill" "request" to all running applications. If an application were improperly closed, you might have a problem with a breach of portability, but if the reboot request were formal (e.g. done from the Start menu, as opposed to mashing the reset button on the front of the tower), it should have given the portable application(s) ample time to close, at which point portability would be maintained.
The tech gurus here can explain it better, but I do not think that you have anything to worry about.

so is better To create setting and registry as back up on the Data\settingbackup folder(on my flash location portables)To save setting and registry Last running portable before running Portable Apps again [at this my fault(reboot)] on one pc, Portables uses it on another pc if settings lost on one pc.
(Sorry. my writing English is not good)
