I pressume you are asking for Pro Engineer by PTC to be made portable? If this is so it is very unlikely to be done due to many legal issues.

Thanks for your commnets actually I need them to open some file pro-e 2001 can't but have many legal issue so nevermind.

Do you have any methods to open file .prt from pro-e 2001 versions later? kindly share to me thanks first.
