It would be a great tool for just anyone and it have the power to be more than just a simple dictionary. Great for educational purposes and various usage.

difficult....

I had a look and I guess its hard to redirect the settings. It uses some a hardcoded path: /user/Application Data/GoldenDict/ which is difficult to redirect. I have no Idea how to do it (except by copying the files). Is there a dev who has an idea?

Isn't that normal? All the 'make your own' NSIS launcher things here have that option (copying files), so I wouldn't think it would be that far off the path.

I currently use WordWeb on my PC so this would be even better!

I have decided to use TheSage wich is portable freeware but not open source until something opensource comes along. Yadabyte Dictionary is an option but it only has US English and I need British or Australian English as well.
