New instructions needed for Disable Anti-Phishing

Improving Firefox Portable's Performance gives outdated instructions to disable this feature. What's the new instructions?

like it is still the same, which part of it is outdated?
On my ff3.5 from today , this seems to be still the same.

You can disable this feature by clicking Tools - Options and then selecting the Security tab. Uncheck the box next to "Tell me if the site I'm visiting is a suspected forgery" and then click OK.

I don't know about you, but I see no such thing as "tell me...".
I see two "block reported" options though.

the on eI have here is in german so all that sound different there, but it looks this is just the same text little bit differently formulated. The second of the 'block report' lines is the same meaning probably, but if this is new text, ok you are right.
