Its GIMP with a skin to make it look like photoshop.

if you can get it to work...

For the most part, this is already done. Just grab GIMP Portable and then add GIMP Portable Photoshop Layout and GIMP Portable Background Window, which is basically what GIMPShop was.

GIMPShop itself is a long-dead project and was always very buggy on Windows.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
