Is there a list of installed extensions?

I am looking for a file with a list of my installed extensions because I can't open Firefox to see them and I want to make a backup list.

I don't know if such a list exists. If Firefox won't open, you can try FavBackup. It may be able to read them, but I do not know what all that program backs up. It is used as a browser backup tool. Also, I do not know if it works on Firefox Portable. Try it tho.
