Copy will not overwrite files

When attempting to copy a certain file from source to destination, Toucan (Pre-Release v2.1.2) completed without taking any action (didn't copy). In v2.0.7, I can copy from source to destination fine, even if the same file existed in the source and destination.

won't copy anything if the files are exactly the same, otherwise in my testing it copies them just fine.
