Files ignored

leahcimi - July 14, 2009 - 10:05am

I still use an old DOS based database (DataPerfect) because it is simple and WORKS, however Tucan seems to ignore its data files when updating my backup. Is there anything that can be done to avoid this?

It

shouldn't just be ignoring files, I will need some more information though, what OS are you using? Which backup method are you using?

Files ignored

I am using Windows XP Pro and Toucan in Sync-Update mode. On further investigation, Toucan appears to ignore files that have no extension and files with a ".ind" extension from my DataPerfect data files folder. It successfully updated a ".log" file from the same folder.

Very

odd, I will did deeper into this, thanks for the report.
