Downloads dont work randomly

I've been having an issue lately where downloads dont seem to work in FF Portable. When I click a link to download, Im prompted if I want to save or open, click OK, but then nothing happens. I can still bring the Downloads dialog up but it doesnt have the file Im downloading.

Anyone else run into this issue or know what the problem could possibly be?

Nevermind... I think I've traced this issue down to an extension.
