Disk cache vanishes

Hello.
I'm using Firefox Portable Russian 3.5.2
Internationalization method 1 http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable/localization

Periodically I have a problem. Disk cache disappear.
I can not be sure, but i think it happens when firefox does not exit clearly (crashes or computer hang up).

It is possible to avoid disk cache cleanup?

Firefox Portable is set to have no disk cache.

To change that, go to Tools --> Options --> Advanced --> Network

Siggys waste Bandwidth... that's why I have one.

I'm using Firefox Portable on HDD and i enabled disk cache of course.
