Launchers mysteriously stopped working in root folder

POOo launchers don't do anything in my root folder anymore. They should work in a dir with the \PortableApps\ folder with soffice.exe in \PortableApps\PortableOpenOffice\openoffice\program, but they only work inside \PortableApps\PortableOpenOffice. They used to work, but for no apparent reason, they don't.

Solved - the portableopenoffice.exe launcher must be present in the same directory.
