I installed the suite onto the hard drive and it works fine except some apps that have error messages.. and after consultation in the chat room i burnt a cd and had lot more probs.. help ( categories: )

what were the errors?
when you run from the hard drive? in general all should work fine from hard drive, from CD, yes this needs some precautions, but on the hard drive, all should work.

Check the support pages for the individual apps
First, of course, as ottosykora said, make sure everything runs OK on the HDD.
But check the support pages for each app; they will have notes on how to run from CD, and some require downloading an additional file or tweaking in some way to make it work.
