Loading Prob's w/Both Versions

I have tried both versions of 2.2.11 and both have come up with the same error (though in the second version atleast the app actually launches and I just have to click through dozens of error messages).

The two messages that are popping up are (besides the already known messages: gspawn-win32-helper on startup):

This application has failed to start because libgimpui-2.0-0.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Any help with that would be great.

By the way, this is my first time using any GTK software (to all of the knowledge I have about what I have installed on my computer) so that shouldn't be conflicting with it.
