it took me 9 tries to make it look right and most of it was because i had to keep moving the user icon until your personal picture fit right in there

You should look into
You should look into Paint.NET and GIMP. Both are very good free painting tools.

i got
gimp but it takes some time to open it up and it was easy just to use paint for little things but i use gimp when i'm making the base of the theme
