how can i create portable applications by myself?

i really want to learn how to create the portable software. how can i start? i have no idea how to do. it may be hard for me. i didn't know any code about those c+++, jave, html, asp, php, .

Fortunately for you, we have an entire section of the site devoted to making PortableApps.
There's even a Development forum!
