Disable ' Additional plugs are required..'

Since it's not possible for me to instal Java on my office computer (because I don't have administrator rights) and I.E. is the only browser they'll allow, is it possible to permanently block the message: 'Additional plugs are required bladiebla' in Firefox Portable?
