Launcher doesnt stay around till the App closes cause it isnt necessary

Support for russian language added

This release is larger because pics and sounds are longer in dat files. Instead they are in folders so you can play with them and change them as you like!

I only tested it in Win XP SP2 limited account. Could someone try Vista and Win2000 please?

I know normally there aren't prereleases for existing Apps. But there were some people having problems with the 3.8 release so I did a Prerelease so you can try it before it goes official. Could you please try this and report back??? Thanks!
