Java plugin configuration

I need to change the configuration settings for Portable Java Runtime working as a plugin within Portable Firefox. Normally this would be done via the Java applet in the Windows Control Panel. Is there any way to do this with the Portable plugin? Specifically, I need to change one of the Advanced Security settings which is required to work with Oracle Forms 10g.
