Portable Thunderbird 3 for Mac?

Does anyone know how soon Portable Thunderbird 3 for Mac will be available? I really need it, I overwrote my Portable Thunderbird 2 profile by mistake and am screwed if 3 isn't coming along really soon. Plus I like the new Thunderbird 3 beta for Mac so having it Portable would rock.
