Can't make it portable here, but...
I could help you make it portable (a bit), but it would be illegal to post anything but the launcher (the thing that makes the whole thing portable).
First, I would try the excellent Portable App Creator to try and portableize it. Close any other programs (i.e., Antivirus after running a scan, syncing, IM, any systray icon that may write to the registry) and follow the instructions.
If that doesn't work, it may take a bit more work.

big problem
i did every step your video shows

now i have a false installation of this app in my add/remove options & i do not have a compressed portable made app its the same i cant move it somewhere else it wont work right
i need to mess with removing that false installed app some how i am not allowed to remove it for some add reason
probably not allowed to ask but
could this be done by you as a pro would be done right with no glitches
theres no priave message on this site so i would take that d/l you post very fast & then tell you i got & of course thank for you great work
before its made i need to know my main reasons for this
does pac result in stealth/ no registry marks

That isn't "our" video. The software it mentions isn't even officially supported by PortableApps.com. It is a user submitted software. Just saying.

If you could (on a computer that never had it installed), download Regshot, set the folder to C:\, and run it. Then install it, run it, close it, and do the second run of Regshot. If you could paste it into a reply, then I'll see what I can make out of it (it won't be great, but (I hope) it'll work...).
Oh, and what PAC does is it uses Regshot to check the changes between the installed and uninstalled, then writes a little program to get around the filesystem changes (to make it stealth supposedly).
