I know this is a fairly recent app, but I would LOVE to be able to have a portable version of it. Right now, I am on a limited account machine at work - and can't use it to manage my music and such. Having it on my USB drive would be so utterly wonderful.

Can't

It requires iTunes installed locally, so having it portable wouldn't really buy you anything. It's designed to work with iTunes and only with iTunes from the description.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

No iTunes required

Afaik is no iTunes required. That's what they are doing. An iTunes alternative.
