At work I use Form Auto Filler on my computer to assist me with finishing a lot of work. I really hope we can get a portable version of this freeware. This application allows you to fill out form information and have it saved when needed to be filled into another form in the future with the same information using a simple keystroke. There's an addon for Firefox that has similar functionality. I can't say how well it will work for you since I use it mainly for saving login data on sites that fool Firefox's internal password manager.

I tried that extension before but unfortunately it didn't seem to work well with the type of forms I have to use.
