[BUG] VLC Portable 1.0.3 doesn't adjust paths

Alright, most of the latest posts/threads are dealing with (non-portable) freeware , so I'll bring back some focus to open-source. Well, the topic says it all, VLC Portable doesn't adjust the paths in "vlc-qt-interface.ini", "vlcrc" ... .
Wait, what? Yes it's true, not portable

• "vlc-qt-interface.ini" stores funny things like [General] "filedialog-path", [RecentsMRL] "list" ...
• "vlcrc" contains many paths like "snapshot-path", "input-record-path", "scene-path", ...
