Is there any way to disable the JKDefrag Portable Logfile?

You can with the original app

You can do it with the original application by specifing -l "" (two empty double quotes) but this doesn't appear to work with the portableApps version. I assume because the launcher launches the GUI and so it receives the parameters but doesn't pass them on to the actually defragging engine.
