Portable Apps on my VMware ESXi Server

Hello,
I just wanted to send my appreciation for the portable apps platform. I've been using it with USB devices for years, It is the perfect way to work on personal items at work without using the software. It's good to have all of this contained to the USB. Lately I have found a new use for Portable Apps.

I have ~30 virtual machines that I use to support software installatons. I'm currently using VMWare ESi to host them with a storage server. Rather than install a pdf reader, ftp client, screen capture, etc. to all of these machines, I simply run a full set of Portable Apps from a network share that is accessible to all of these machines.

I like that fact that I have all of my favourite tools available without doing several instlalations. I also like that my Virtual Machines are very clean - with just the basic Windows install.
