i need visual basic or another app like this so i can do programing....

this is so i can learn to program in a basic form.....

If you want to code, then use Notepad++ Portable.
Else, try this search on PortableFreeware.
(On a side note, AutoHotKey is what I use now. It may not be the simplest or the most organized language [though WAY more organized than NSIS], it make GUI easy.)
