It's only had around 50,000 downloads in a year. Sort out the folks you tried it and uninstalled it and you're looking at a very small userbase. The fact that it only works with other Alliance users (i.e. it's not a torrent program that works with tons of existing communities) and I'd wager there's simply not enough interest to build and maintain it among the volunteer devs (or among users here).

It looks like someone else took over development and has started it back up again, so we'll see if that sparks a little interest. If they're interested in doing a PAF build of it, we'd be happy to assist them.
