What is it?
What kind of license does it have?
Any idea if it's reasonably portable to begin with?
Do you have a link to it's home site?

Arcade cabinet

He means the 1981 arcade cabinet, also released on nearly every home video game console. While he could use MAME (which is most likely inherently portable) and get a ROM and play the original, there are probably a few open source clones, and probably a dozen or more open source knockoffs.

Here's a search for "galaga" on SourceForge using a filter to require 32-bit Windows support. It isn't promising.
