please use a search next time

This topic has been brought up many times with explanations why its not being done.

1. not enough demand
2. lack of developers interested
3. no specific programs
4. fear from the support people that there will be a increase in stupid people asking for mac programs to be ported to Windows or why the mac programs are not working in windows/linux
5. this is mainly a windows based site

MacApps with Fries

Aren't Mac apps more or less portable anyway? The Mac doesn't have the notion of a registry as Windows does, and I believe that most apps are already bundled to have all the resources they need in one file (mostly). Then it's just a case of settings which are usually stored in some library folder somewhere. Granted that's a rather simplistic and crude overview, based on incomplete knowledge but I would think it makes it a lot easier to port an app from one Mac to another.

I haven't used these because I don't use Mac OS, but there is a pretty good selection...

Toshiba is better to the environment than a lot of common electronic companies. Check out Greenpeace's Guide To Greener Electronics 8)
