There is a slightly outdated version on their site that they made. I'm not sure how portable it is but...

Won't work with batch files
The platform doesn't detect batch files, only executable (EXE) files.

there's a appinfo.ini hack
there's a appinfo.ini hack you can use. Or compile the bat file. Or code a nsis launcher. At any rate, its possible a couple of ways
