lol
where please this is impolite if I ask whether somebody can read? Sometimes really jocularly comment here.
Also this is the wrong place
Also this is the wrong place to post a request.
The current PAF-compliant VLC
The current PAF-compliant VLC is version 1.0.3, found here: http://portableapps.com/apps/music_video/vlc_portable
The Dev's here know about the new version, and are working on an update.
VLC 1.0.5 was only released yesterday!
It's reasonable to expect that the Portable version would take more than 24 hours to release.
Also, there is a specific topic to request updates to official apps:
http://portableapps.com/node/19705
And...
VLC 1.0.5 is already on that list, so you can be sure it will be released here as soon as the dev in charge of it has finished.
Also, you can rest assured that there are many developers watching im World Wide Web for updates to official apps.
And, welcome to Portable Apps!

Snapshot
When I use the snapshot function, it crashes the program. Any way around it?
that is a support question
but sadly it will be lost on this thread because OP was making a request on a support board. i recomend MSFROST making a new thread with your question.
