Pstart shows 2 drives on single partition with apps duplicated on each drive

What could be the problem here?

This occured whilst the whole drive was a single partition as well as whilst there was 2 partitions (1 private and 1 public)

But this problem is apparent when i access the public partition.

Any help is appreciated.
