Sandisk Firefox unable to import bookmarks

I love your portable apps version and have used it for some time. I bought a u3 key but installing the U3 version doesn't allow me to import the bookmarks from IE. It says FINISH but no bookmarks appear. Note, I have regular firefox installed on the ocmputer. Is there a conflict?

Use Export then Import

Just use the export favorites in IE. Then copy that file to FF using the import bookmarks feature and point to that file.

You can export favorites from IE? If this is possible, I've never found the command to do so. And I was using IE for a long time before I switched to Firefox.
