Your Username on AssaultCube Darkbee (Homepage)

Out of curiosity... If you play AssaultCube what username do you go by (and Clan if applicable)? If you've seen Darkbee getting his butt kicked then that'd be me. ( categories: )

now i have to download this and start a competitoion here at the college. I hope the Megaman 8 bit deathmatch gets out of Alpha testing and into Public Beta! I so want to try it. i will post my user name here once i get Assult Cube set up.

You don't have to register or anything... at least I don't think there's a way to register your nick (not like IRC).
I was just curious who plays and if I'd possibly played with/against any other PortableAppers out there.

If you don't have to register, do you just choose your name at startup, then? That's actually... more like IRC, as I understand the latter.
My wife called dibs on the Xbox when we get home tonight, and I was wondering what I'd do while she sings the new Disturbed songs (new to Rock Band, they came out 10 years ago on CD). So maybe I'll get Assault Cube up and running. I'll be Dark Reality or some variation on it, I've only been using the name since, oh, I don't know... 1992ish? (Yeah, my handle's old enough to vote, smoke, and enlist in the military.)

You specify your username in the options. Yes, it's true that you can just connect to IRC specifying your username in your client and never register it, but if you're ever a regular to IRC channels (as I once was) then you'll register your nick with that IRC server so nobody else can borrow (read: steal) it.
Since AC is decentralized that doesn't quite work, although I suppose you could register a nick with master server. Anyway, it's not generally a big deal.
Let's not get off track here ppl...there is some serious gibbing out there to be done!
