My firefox 3.6 install stopped working and upon investigation the firefoxportable.exe turned up missing. I don't know how or why. I downloaded the 3.6 install and re-installed yet the firefoxportable.exe does not extract. Manually extracting it gives a file error. Yes, I have already tried downloading it again on 2 other machines as well as installing to two other usb drives with the same results, no firefoxportable.exe. Can someone send me the latest firefoxportable.exe? ( categories: )

Antivirus or Drive Issue
That's either your antivirus interfering and thinking it is infected (a false positive is what it's called). Or there is an issue with your drive. I'd wager it is your antivirus. Try updating the definitions.
