Things have got to get better, they can't get worse, or can they?
I wouldn't bother with it. Check-out http://LastPass.com It flies circles around robo, and works on more environments than robo...and for most needs it's free.

With Lastpass you have to store your Passwords online and I am not sure whether I want this. Roboform2Go is an awesome piece of Software because when started it integrates in you Portable Browsers and also into the installed browsers.
IMHO the best Self-formfilling-Password-Manager, though it depends whether you need this, Keypass fullfilles most of my needs and Roboform is more or less a One-Way-Street because Import functionality is good but export-functionality is bad.
The new Beta has Keypass-Import, so maybe I will use Keypass as a Master-Database and use Roboform for Form-Filling
I made a folder in the PortableApps folder, then put in a shortcut to the RoboForm2Go launcher (named "PortableRoboForm.exe"), but that didn't work. Then I tried making a .BAT file in there, but that didn't work either. Apparently PortableApps will only "see" .EXE files in it's folders when it looks for things to add to the menu.
So created an .EXE file to run the launcher, which resides on the root of the flash drive after you setup RoboForm2Go. Sort of a launcher launcher, if you will.
First, I made a AutoHotKey script named "RoboForm2Go.ahk". The only command in the script is:
run "\PortableRoboForm.exe"
Then I compiled it using the free AutoHotKey compiler, which resulted in an executable file named "RoboForm2Go.exe".
Once I copied that EXE into the "RoboForm2Go" folder in the PortableApps folder, and refreshed the icons in PortableApps, it worked like a champ!
The .EXE file is 768K, but that's fine for me. I'm sure that some REAL programmer out there could do better.
Of course, you'll need the free AutoHotKey compiler to make the launcher launcher, but it's a good tool to have anyway.

This worked like a charm! Thank you very much, from one non-programmer to another!
When you install Roboform2go to a drive it puts everything in the root. Move it to a newly created subfolder inside the portable apps directory structure named RoboForm. Your files should now have the following paths:
D:\PortableApps\RoboForm
D:\PortableApps\RoboForm\PortableRoboForm.exe
D:\PortableApps\RoboForm\RoboForm
D:\PortableApps\RoboForm\RoboForm\AiRoboForm-Portable.bin
D:\PortableApps\RoboForm\RoboForm\en-english.rfi
D:\PortableApps\RoboForm\My RoboForm Data
D:\PortableApps\RoboForm\My RoboForm Data\Default Profile\
Now to place a shortcut at the root of the drive. This will allow you to launch Roboform2Go without having to launch PortableApps platform.
Right click on PortableRoboForm.exe and select send to desktop and move the shortcut to the root folder of the drive. Right click the shortcut to open the shortcuts properties.
Target should state "D:\PortableApps\RoboForm\PortableRoboForm.exe" and Start in should have "D:\PortableApps\RoboForm".
Each time you update Roboform2Go it will install to the root of the drive. Each time move those files to the subfolder and overwrite the original files. It may have you reactivate, and will reset the dialog boxes you have said "don't show this message again" to, but that's no big problem.
