Thunderbird dosent send an E-Mail if the receipt option is marked on

I have a problem with Thunderbird Portable

If i use the option that the e-mail is sended with an receipt option

the mail won't be send to the receiver.

But if i deselect the receipt function everything is fine

Whats wrong ??
