Startup time - possible to improve?

Hi Everyone,

I notice when I start Portable Apps, it shows a progress meter that takes somewhere around 2 minutes to complete. Obviously it's reading through all my app directories, right? Is there any way to cache this, or improve it, other than deleting unneeded apps?

Caching for it is coming in 2.0. If you have lots of non-PAF apps, it slows it down at the moment.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
