LMMS, MyPaint, CCleaner, and an app I developed called CamDesk.

Well LMMS (Linux MultiMedia Studio) is great for producing music, and a great free alternative to FL Studio (aka Frooty Loops) and I use it quite a lot, however I think it'd be so much better being a portable app, not only with it being portable, but I like portable apps, cause of that, as well as when I uninstall an app for whatever reason they usually leave extra files, and stuff in the registry in which I feel should be removed as well.

CCleaner (or Crap Cleaner) is another great application in which I feel should be a portable app as well, which reason well if you've used CCleaner you'd know Biggrin

MyPaint is a great program for digital painters, and I think that'd be great bring a portable app as well.

CamDesk is a program I developed which it's a desktop webcam widget, which is mainly for screencasters, now it's already a portable application however PortableApps usually makes their own splash screen for the programs, and I feel my program will help others out there like it's done me. (BTW it has a little over 300 downloads on DeviantART already) Not only will this be able to expand it out more, but the point is to make it easier, and more helpful to the people when it comes to screencasting. (My dad decided to use it as a webcam surveillance system, so even if you're not a screencaster if you have multiple wireless webcams this can be great for a webcam surveillance system as well, however you can't record or anything within the app, so you'd haft to monitor what goes on 24/7)

CamDesk is programed in VB.NET 2010 and requires a webcam and the .NET Framework 4.0.

As specified, you should search before posting; you'll find LMMS and CCleaner in testing and a discussion of MyPaint.

LMMS

Hasn't seen any activity in a year and a half.

I made this half-pony, half-monkey monster to please you.

.Net .Not-Yet

Unfortunately, .Net applications aren't really considered portable for various reasons. Having said that, I believe there are plans to have a separate .Net listing of PortableApps some time in the future. They won't be added with the regular apps but advanced users will be able to locate them. You'd need to package your application to the PortableApps.com specification.

And 4.0

Not to mention that .NET 4.0 isn't pre-installed or auto-upgraded to on any Windows PCs at all, so hardly any PCs you come across are going to have it.
