Mp3Tag 2.47b Portable
It's not 2.48, but it appears to be actively maintained, so I'm betting it will be available when they have the chance to update.
it errors at installing online. i am using 2.46 portable (but not portableapps.com)
as I am using the 2.47 right now, works great!

When the installer goes to download the mp3tag program, it gets the only one they have available... that's 2.48. Unfortunately, the installer is expecting the MD5 for version 2.47a. When the MD5 isn't what it expects, the installer errors out.
You'll have to wait until the PortableApps.com version is upgraded to 2.48, unless you do some mucking about in the program files and structures (which of course is not recommended).
