My internet speed is slow and my skype updating was crashed. So, I need to re install skype. But, can I have an offline installer rather? Another problem is, portableapps suite does not update utorrent at all. ( categories: )

here is the thing with these 2 apps, we aren't allowed to package them directly, so this is why the online installers were created, mostly to satisfy the EULA that both apps are licensed under. I suggest trying to update on another computer if you can.
