You can't legally distribute the app until after you have permission from the copyright holders. It doesn't matter if it is a development test or a true release, you need to have permission first.

I think you are going to have to find a new host for this app, and also for the Bitshare.com Desktop Tool.

SourceForge can only be used for open source apps, but both of these are freeware.

4shared is the bet host ever(NEVER dlete fils from activ account), so i used more than 6 years as "virtual space" Laughing out loud
